What is a HydroFacial?
The 11 Step HydraFacial treatment from Cheshire Skin and Laser Clinic offers more than the standard facial. It works to deep-clean, exfoliate, and hydrate your skin. How does the treatment work?
The treatment is divided into four key sections, the first being Cleanse, Peel, Steam and Scrape. which uncovers a new layer of skin with gentle exfoliation and relaxing resurfacing. The tri-acid peel removes dead skin cells to reveal healthy skin without the post-scaling process. The sonic scrape tool accentuates the resurfacing.
The second step is to Extract + Hydrate. The suction painlessly cleans out your pores and lifts dead skin cells.
The third step is Cavitation and Radio Frequency. These can firm and tighten facial skin and build collagen to improve the look of fine lines, wrinkles and enlarged pores. There is a warming sensation to the skin which is completely painless. This is followed (not included in express) by the LED light therapy.
Finally, the Cold Hammer is used to apply cold to the skin after the application of nourishing serums and moisturisers to lock in moisture and active ingredients to calm any inflammation, improve blood circulation and shrink pores. SPF is added to protect your skin from the harmful UVA & UVB rays.
