Here at Cheshire Skin and Laser Clinic I understand that the need to rearrange or cancel appointments occurs sometimes but for a business like mine last minute cancellations or no shows really do have a huge impact.

All treatments are subject to a £20 non refundable booking fee which will be taken off your treatment.

No shows, Cancelling or rescheduling appointments within 48 hours lose the booking fee.

No shows for pre-paid treatments lose that treatment or deposit if paid.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase.

Same day cancellations will lose that treatment cost if pre paid or £20 booking fee.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment I may not be able to see you so please call ahead  to check or ensure you arrive on time for your appointments. This will be classed as a no show under the above terms.

Appointments are to be attended alone unless agreed beforehand.

Treatments and courses paid are non-refundable.
